You can call her Celeste or Franke—either way, she’s known for her bold style and welcoming energy. Even before joining us, Franke was committed to growing in her craft; she attended our salon classes while still in beauty school and was the first to apply when we opened up applications.

After working in a factory and realizing traditional college wasn’t her path, her mom suggested hairstyling, and for the first time, she saw a future that fit. Now, she’s found a home in the salon, where daily challenges and a supportive environment allow her to grow into the person she knows she can be. Franke’s passion for vivid colors and authentic self-expression shines in every look she creates, helping clients embrace their unique style with confidence.
